Building Industry Employers of New York State ("BIE") Mission is to:
- Provide a forum whereby member associations may exchange information relative to the management and operation of their respective associations;
- Provide an opportunity for members to coordinate their efforts and interests in regard to state and federal legislation and regulations;
- Collaborate with other statewide associations in the promotion of beneficial legislation and regulation, and oppose that deemed detrimental to the best interests of the construction industry;
- Provide services to member associations and their respective memberships as may be deemed desirable and available through the Association;
- Promote the growth and strength of local associations through effective communications and educational programs.
